# Pudding Wagon

Pudding Wagon is the operating system for portable-sanitation fleet operators
(porta-potty rental companies). It runs the whole operation in one system: units
and inventory, customers and contracts, scheduling and dispatch, field service
with verified proof, billing and invoicing, and reporting.

## What It Does

- Units and inventory: every unit, its location and condition, and which units have gone idle past contract end.
- Customers and contracts: quotes that become recurring contracts, with sites, terms, renewals, and prices.
- Scheduling and dispatch: deliveries, pickups, exchanges, and service stops routed to each driver with gate codes and site notes.
- Field service and proof: drivers close each stop with a photo the system checks and a location it confirms.
- Billing and invoicing: recurring rentals and every extra service become invoices, synced to QuickBooks.
- Reporting: what is out, overdue, unbilled, and unpaid, and what each route and customer is worth.

## Proof Of Service

Each completed stop carries a checked photo, a confirmed location, and a timestamp.
The operator can send that record with the invoice or include it in a bid.

## Status

Marketing landing probe. Early access is gated by a request form. The product is in
active development with portable-sanitation operators.
